Through years of experience we have found that successful programs have the same qualities as successful families; warmth, discipline, and a role for everyone. We work to change the lives of the youth through experiential learning, motivational education courses, counseling, and behavior modification programs. |
| The greatest threat to our survival is funding. PCMI and its affiliates are operating on funding levels established in 1994. Since that time, funding has increased approximately 7% while the costs of providing services have increased by approximately 38%. The financial outlook is not getting any better. Florida’s funding crisis puts our programs at risk of being reduced or eliminated. This is not in the best interest of public safety or in the best interest of the boys and girls served in our programs. |
| The proceeds from the sale of the Florida Horse Country license plate will help fund the innovative educational, vocational and mental health programs which are critical to the success of the youth in our care. |
